I discovered strength training sometime around my eighteenth birthday. I gradually – more like occasionally – started to pursue it. I have devoted time to regular exercise for about 20 years. Since I completed my certified trainers course, I have approached exercise differently. I have started to view the body as a whole, so that it would work as it was meant to, to abide by certain rules that would benefit me, not hurt me. That is why I pay attention to the exercises I demonstrate to my clients. I think that my workouts are most suitable for people who want to feel better, be more agile and flexible, who do not want their backs to hurt and do not want little things to throw them off balance. A firmer body is a bonus.
