We have created a large sports area of over 1000 m² where you can exercise in our Fitness Gym with the most modern machines, or fight in our spacious Fight Arena that is equipped with equipment for all types of martial arts. The SportStudio is also for your use, with group exercise in Bodyforming, Bosa ball, TRX, yoga, Pole dance, and others. We are also preparing outdoor workout facilities for CrossFit and Strong Man trainings. In the Fitness Gym and Fight Arena, you can look forward to one-day or weekend events and workshops. Relaxation and healthy tanning awaits you in our state-of-the-art solariums. In our Sport bar, for before or after your workouts, you can treat yourself to healthy shakes with fresh ingredients, sports drinks and other healthy nutritional supplements, which will give you the needed energy. There will also be great coffee and tea.

Fitness gym

Our state-of-the-art gym, which is laid out over an area of 750 m², is equipped with state-of-the-art gym equipment from the GYM80 brand and a cardio zone with the top equipment from MATRIX and PRECOR. At all times in the Fitness Gym, there are professional trainers who would love to give you advice or help you out. You can also take advantage of our personal workouts. There are more than 60 stations with all types of professional equipment, and 15 cardio machines (treadmills, elliptical machines, stair machines, exercise bikes, and rowing ergs). The sports facilities are fully equipped with changing rooms with locking lockers, toilets, and showers. There are hair dryers for women, of course. You can also use the secure phone charging units right in the gym.

Sportstudio

The SportStudio provides an indoor space for all types of group workouts. Under the guidance of our trainers, you can try well-known and even lesser known sports like Bodyforming, Bosa ball, TRX, Tabata, yoga, Pole dance, and Pilates. We have a large number of exercise aids available and everyone can find their favorite sport here.

Fight Arena

For martial arts, we have arranged special facilities with great equipment in an area over 250 m² large. The Fight Arena is fully equipped for various types of stance and combat sports. There is a partial cage for MMA training, a boxing ring, and all needed equipment is available. For beginners and advanced, we provide boxing, Fitboxing, Kickboxing, MMA, K1, CrossFit, self-defense, and circuit workouts. And because martial arts and self-defense are not only for men, we have special workouts and equipment for women. Under the guidance of experienced coaches with international experience, you can participate in group or individual workouts. We also hold workouts for children and youth. You can also sign up for weekend events and workshops in the Fight Arena with top stars of martial arts, which we will regularly hold.

Solariums

Our solariums are a special relaxation zone where you can restore your strength and energy. They offer all the comfort features, like quality cooling, refreshment, and scenting the solarium, so that you can experience tanning with all your senses. Enjoy more comfort and flexibility!
